      Pros

      Good coworkers and benefits. Also company encouraged you to develop your caree and take on challenging projects. Great corporate office.

      Cons

      Two Reduction in forces over past couple of year. Morale was really low. Also not much of a pipeline so confidence in future is uncertain.

      Great culture and opportunity to work alongside brilliant people. Work life balance is what you make it. Good opportunity to explore other areas and expand skills.

      Cons

      Things seem to get bottlenecked and there tends to be unclear expectations and lack of ability to use the skills you develop in new roles. Really hard to move up internally
