This Company prides itself in being Patient and Physican focused but on. Regular bases will set out to blame these customers for Takeda short comings to the point that it became a culturally exceptable for Leadership to dressed down Doctors in group meetings. This same attitude is taken with employees. When a policy or plan falls short there is a pack mentality by leadership to viciously go after persons who have no responsibility in how that plan was developed or even the execution but are ultimately held up as the poison pills that caused the failure.
