The Australian leadership is a laugh in stock. GM, Head of Finance and Head of HR need to go!! Takeda Australia used to be such a great place to work, until these key positions were replaced a couple of years ago. Now good employees are leaving in droves. Those who are still hanging on in there cannot bring authentic self to work due to lack of psychological safety. Many have confined they are only staying until their long service leave entitlement kicks in. No one dare speak up. So many good employees with long tenure are leaving for like for like positions in other Pharma companies. Now that speaks for itself.
