Amazing culture but favoritism in leadership - Talent Lead Talentful Employee Review

Talentful is a great company to work for and genuinely cares about the employees. From day one, my manager was incredibly supportive, which made it easy to get up to speed quickly. Talentful works with some of the top clients who are using cutting-edge technology, so lots of learning and growing opportunities, Overall, it’s a very positive environment where you feel trusted and supported.

Decent pay Unlimited pto Supportive teams

Little to no ramp time, maybe it’s the contract I was assigned too but the hiring mangers lack the knowledge and skills needed to support an embedded partner. Clients were disappointed and difficult to work with since day one. The overall culture is blah, definitely agree if you’re not a certain type this place will make you feel like you don’t belong. Work overload, between supporting clients, weekly updates and talentverse updates it’s overwhelming.
