Not all target positions are bad but this one is - Checkout Advocate/Guest Advocate Target Employee Review

There is absolutely no communication with management. If you want to speak to a manager you will wait on hold for 20 minutes and they may or may not end up answering. Drive-ups are absolutely miserable to a nice day but when the weather is bad it is pure torture. If you want full time hours or at least more than 20 get another job because they will make sure you don't get enough hours.
