Pros
- Amazing peers, leaders and work life balance. But mind you, that was about 4 years ago. -They provide cab services and lunch which is an added plus. -The only reason to stay here are timings and lack of work- gives enough free time to chill. - only thing to look forward to is the American relationships you build.
Cons
- super biased management with 0 appreciation for hard work and brownie points for sycophants. - your manager decides your career and I have seen sycophants blossom. - pay is terrible. - work is not a value add in India since it is a back office and mostly everything is muscle memory -They just hire everyone cause of very high attrition. People leave on a weekly basis.
