Pros
The ability to work evenings and weekends. Customer service experience. A good first job or for extant income. Fun people to work with.
Cons
Difficult to stand in one place for long periods of time. The only thing cashiers get credit for are Redcards. Everything is timed, and cash registers show times while working. Difficult to move to other ares within the store to gain more experience. Scheduling is poor.
