average pay, late hours, the rest of the team (when they're doing their jobs), management occassionally is supportive of the rest of the team
Cons
the human resources department is useless. if you move from one state to another make sure you know all the forms you need to fill out because they won't tell you and your tax return will be affected! long hours without enough pay, not enough recognition, too much pushing of red cards
