Pros
Target has a lot of great employee benefits. There are numerous programs for employees to get healthier, find childcare, start saving for retirement, etc. It is a great company for moving up in your career with dedication and excellent work.
Cons
The employee discount is minor and can only be used if making a purchase with cash, or a store card. The schedule is rarely the same from week to week, making it hard to plan for personal activities in advance.
