Pros
Target is a great first job where you can make decent money while working in a team. -everyone is friendly and willing to help out -group huddles to talk about achievements and new sales. -great pay -lenient late policy -if you work till close, you will feel safe because everyone leaves at once.
Cons
-Have to be constantly on your feet - good summer job, but no room for advancement -if you shift ends at closing time, you will be there another hour to clean up your zone.
