A strong desire for Target sucess. - Cashier, Barista Target Employee Review

Very poor communication. Absurd amount of gossip. Senior managent usually wore a scowl. The rest of the managers behaved like they were members of a secreat society. Cashiers were not treated like part of the team. I personally felt discardable, and unimportant. Also, while working at Starbucks in Target I had an associate willfully bump my arm to interfere with my measured beverage test. Very odd behavior in a store that says it focuses on team.
