Target does a fabulous job of promoting from within. Target does a great job of team member recognition. The executive team works hand in hand with the team to build solid relationships, and display big team mentality.
Cons
Payroll is limited and can cause team member fatigue. It can be challenging to get off the floor to complete supervisor tasks necessary for the position.
