Pros
Catered holidays, pizza at least once a month in break room for TM's (at least my store), co-workers can make it bearable.
Cons
Leaders suck, are extremely fake, and only care about themselves. The workload is crazy, if you aren't running yourself ragged they treat you like you aren't doing anything. Leaders also pick favorites, which if you don't kiss their butts, theres no room for growth within the company. The "benefits" are a joke, the deductibles are insanely high, it also takes a long time to accrue PTO.
