Amazing co-workers, simple enough system, most leaders are approachable if you have a problem, 95% good experience with customers - and a few rotten apples.
Cons
Scheduling can be difficult, if the computer or HR makes a mistake it's up to you to figure it out. Depending on your area, there is more expected of you than can rationally be finished in the time given.
