No Practical Training - Style Team Member Target Employee Review

Almost everyone who works there is a teenager; older people don’t fit in at all! They give no training at all for your job. Their computer training is just about threatening you that if you ever give away any of their secrets, you will be sued - and it’s a “forever” agreement- that is their exact word! Oh! Can I get sued now? In addition, they make you climb high, unsafe ladders on your own with no training! If you fall and break your neck, too bad to you! Finally, I got hired for one department but was placed in a totally different one. I feel like the interview process was not open and honest.
