Pros
The best reason to work for Target is the culture. People are amazing and they have a "fast, fun, and friendly" culture. They are also very committed to service which I found amazing and I enjoyed the opportunity to join service projects with Target Team members.
Cons
Some down sides are the location of being in Minnesota. I didn't like that there are no other corporate offices through out the US.
