Pros
I got hours when I needed them, but that's all I can really say about this place along with the fact that most of the people I worked with "Level 1 team members" where more tolerable than the management.
Cons
It's like any retail job, no room to advance because the people who are there feel the need to stay in their position for 10+ years.
