Poor first level of management, in IT area. Staying in one position for long period of time is often looked down upon. Most technical roles are outsourced. Often more important how you do things than what/results of what you do. Moving all IT jobs to far west metro area, could be a pro for some already living in that area. They push their culture on non-Senior management team members, but doesn't seem like KMG employees practice what they say to subordinates.
