Pros
The tech stack is pretty good, and is at the same level as the standard one in the market. Free Food, but it does not matter now , due to covid related WFH.
Cons
Horrible Pay, small scale startups pay better them and forget comparing it to Amazon or Walmart. wide spread nepotism across all the teams, if you want to survive here, you will have to lick boots of the management. Due to the prevailing nepotistic culture, incompetent people are being hired as management. HR is useless and just for namesake, will toe the line of the management.
