      The pay is good The job isn't very difficult skill wise

      They were very understaffed which led to employees being overworked. They frequently ignored people's availability when scheduling

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
