Pros
Target's a great place to start a career, especially for individuals fresh out of college. There are very few organizations where you can lead groups of 15-100 people right out of college.
Cons
The negatives are retail hours and the extreme politics within Target. The company is so focused on its diversity credibility, that many times a qualified candidate is overlooked simply because they are not "diverse". Also, your career with the company only goes as far as your boss' opinion of you and his/her status with the company.
