      Pros

      i like the flex schedule, nice co workers, good training from co workers, 10% discount on items and easy work.

      Cons

      less pay, and only 10% discount which cover only my taxes since memphis have 9.25% taxes. Rude customers when the line backup because the computer shut down

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
