      Pros

      the hours how flexible they are when you call in saying you cant make it. Employees are a full roster so makes the job alot easier.

      Cons

      the pay could be better only $9 a hour. The rising up through the employment line takes a lot longer that i would like.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
