Pros
My Team Lead is flexible, supportive, and trusts me with jobs that need completed. After 3 years, I still enjoy going to work because the people are friendly, even if the Guests aren't.
Cons
Holiday is a pain, but that's retail work anywhere. Sometimes there is some favoritism among the managers and regular team members, but because of the rotating system, the managers are never really around long enough that it becomes a problem.
