Pros
The workforce is young and enthusiastic. We get a discount on purchases. There is opportunity for promotion. They are flexible with time off.
Cons
Pay grade is terrible. Opportunity for promotion is only within the store. Nobody cares about the store, including the customers, so the place is constantly a mess. Some managers are clueless about the running of the store and are really only interested in the area that they were promoted from.
