Pros
Target gives you the ability to really take control and learn as much or as little as you want about the industry. They encourage you to be involved in things outside of your daily tasks such as clubs and volunteer activities. Great place to be.
Cons
Just as I'm sure it is at every large corp, there are a lot of politics that play into every decision. Recent layoffs have hurt morale, but it will jump back on its feet.
