Pros
Clean, friendly, fast paced environment. Received good money for the work I did. Company encourages promoting within, and working your way up the ladder. Good structure in the hierarchy of management.
Cons
Only a 10% discount on store merchandise, and can only be used with a RedCard credit or debit card or cash. Personal debit and credit cards of third party are not capable of utilizing team member discount.
