Corporate Policies Conflict with Job - Target Security Target Employee Review

Policies set by Corporate directly hinder your ability to do your job while they also complain about how you aren’t doing your job well. They want results, but if you do what it takes to get the results they are looking for then you’re not doing it the way they want. Then you get written up. If you follow their procedures exactly as they are written your results will suffer and they will ask you why you’re not getting results. You loose no matter what.
