      Very difficult company to be a VM - Visual Merchandiser Target Employee Review

      Pros

      The pay and medical benefits are good

      Cons

      Target treats their VMs like style team leaders so you constantly have to defend your workload and fight off tasks and responsibilities that arent your job. It’s also totally dependent on your store director. Some are definitely worse than others.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
