Ted Baker London Response
10yFirst I would like to apologise for my late reply. I want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am really sorry that your experience at Ted over 3 years did not meet up to your expectations and you were made to feel like you were at school. We have worked hard to create a team where people are valued and we are trying to maintain a fun, dynamic and caring environment as we grow – that said, Ted likes his team to look after his home. Without the hard work and dedication from our teams we wouldn’t be the success we are today and I’m sure your contribution to this didn’t go unnoticed. We are taking your feedback and addressing all the places we missed in delivering a great experience for you. Thanks for your advice. Whilst I cannot comment on your holiday request or know the circumstances, I hope you were given an explanation. We are planning to start surveys in the new year to help us gather feedback and make improvements. If you would like to share more about your experience please contact me by emailing elly.tzouvanni@tedbaker.com so we can set up a time to talk. Thank you again for the feedback it helps makes Ted a better place and best of luck in your future career.
