Pros
You can work with some of the brightest people around and there is a great opportunity to learn from them. The company is in great financial standing (or so it seems) and they will make tough decisions if they need to (which is good as long as you aren't a casualty). You can work on the leading edge of technology and really feel that you have an opportunity to make a difference.
Cons
This is a large company. It is easy to get lost in the crowd here so you must make an effort to get noticed for recognition. They really tightened the belt during the recent downturn and had to make some tough decisions and cuts (some of which seemed questionable). It is confusing to try to understand the structure of the company and to really know where you fit in. It should be easier for employees to understand things like this. Depending where you work there may always be a fire to put out. Some days/weeks are very long and some are normal.
