Unfair treatment on tasks: Manager did not understand the work required - metrology process engineer Texas Instruments Employee Review

Required support, i.e. getting logistics to do your project such as obtaining wafers, setting up factory systems, and lacking in their training material eventually led to my release after probation. The manager did not understand the process and I was given unreasonable deadline. Other Engineers from Utah express that my manager was unreasonable.
