Products are out dated and not as on trend as the company think,you can get the same products for a fraction of the price in local stores. Staff very clicky, if you’re face don’t fit you won’t last. Management manipulate sales to get high commision, they make sure they get all the highly sales put through on their numbers and lower staff are too scared to speak up.
