Free jewellery allocation (up to 1.8k/ year); opportunities for progression; excellent staff discounts (around 50% off);

Cons

Failure to motivate employees; extremely large staff turnover; people made feel easily replaceable; unorganised administration and training; management tries to achieve results by pressuring staff rather than motivating them;

Pros

None that I can think of, all staff Back stabbers!

Cons

Jewellery not as high end as perceived, it’s only silver with gold plait. Products are out dated and not as on trend as the company think,you can get the same products for a fraction of the price in local stores. Staff very clicky, if you’re face don’t fit you won’t last. Management manipulate sales to get high commision, they make sure they get all the highly sales put through on their numbers and lower staff are too scared to speak up.
