      Easy(ish) work, and decent banter with customers and staff.

      Cons

      Constant issues with the systems that you need to use on the regular, constantly moving the goal posts after you meet a target, money isn't great, and no career progression unless people leave...so if you start as a store assistant, you don't move up until someone leaves the business
