      Pros

      This atmosphere is second to none. Everyone is supportive and helpful all the way from the buddy you got hired in with, to the CEO himself. They invest themselves personally into their people, if you show the initiative and reach out, you will be taken care of. They arm you with every tool you could ever need, and leadership actively wants to see you succeed.

      Cons

      Like anything else in life, if you want to separate yourself from the pack, you have to outwork the field. This requires putting work in outside of standard hours, but that's a small price to pay in order to reach and surpass your goals.
