      Pros

      TQL is inviting, and encouraging from the start of your interview process, to the end of each work day. However a fun environment is just a plus on top of an awesome job itself! The work you put in, seems to always pay off, and you're valued everyday.

      Cons

      The training process can seem long, and somewhat repetitive. However, it is set up that way to make sure when you go out on our own you are fully equipped to succeed. I would rather have more time to practice what I need to, then not enough!

      This work culture is very employee based. Yes, we are hear to make money but they are aware of what encourages productivity!

      Cons

      None at the moment. I have only taken 3 lunches in the last 5 weeks by choice.
