Pros
The people are the best thing about Travelport and generally make the experience very positive. I think it's a good place to start your career as a step towards something else - the internship scheme brings in solid talent and enriches the experience at Langley for all employees.
Cons
As I said, the people are the best thing about Travelport. It's a shame that the company's struggling finances mean many of them are made redundant when it comes time to balance the checkbooks at the end of the year. The SLT have a habit of submitting budgets that are completely out of their reach, falling short, and then relying on a "restructure" to cut costs. Job security is very fragile in pretty much any department at this point. Compensation and benefits are pretty average. Work-life balance is okay but getting worse over time as the company operates with fewer and fewer people.
