micro managers, incompetent managers, nepatisim, discrimination towards people of colour with no consequeneses, hard to progress, prefer personality over competency

Pros

Good co workers and causal work environment. Tenured reps are able to see majority of sales floor success.

Cons

Morale has never been lower on the commercial side, driven by senior leadership has never been worse. Terrible track record of bringing in external talent and and getting them to be successful.If your looking for your next sales role look elsewhere
