    Pros

Fun, great colleagues, I have some of the best memories here!

    Cons

Too many sales people for just the UK market, avoid coming here just because you've seen the trustpilot name everywhere! You missed the boat!

I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Loads of great people.

Supportive managers and an ok training program.

The product is an easy sell and is popular. Earning potential is great! If you do well and are in sales easy 60k.

Feels more like a family and amazing incentives

    Cons

Senior management hard to approach/ doesnt want to be approached. (Vp)

Decisions and changes never explained or reconsidered. Theres a danger here unrational ideas could harm the business

More consideration to individuals! Looking at a team picture you forget about the ones who prop up the team! Progression is a shambles and full of empty promises

    Advice to Management

Talk to your employees explain your decisions. A meeting was held where the VP said he wanted leaders no bosses.... really?!!! Not the way i see it

The CEO is great and a visionary. Team managers are decent. Coms and operations team need to be sorted. A brick house built on stilts

I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

What is there not to like?

We have an awesome culture. Everyone is hard workers and we have the chance to learn an incredible amount.

We are taken to some amazing locations and we are rewarded for our success.

We are paid well and the comms is great

We have some amazing leaders who are teaching me so much.

I have fun coming to work and love seeing how much this company is becoming the next big thing.

We have a bike that we ride throughout our office, hooverboards, scooters, ping pong table, darts, loads of free food and a nice comfortable place to work.

Work here if you get given the opportunity!!!!

    Cons

I would say we need some more glasses in the kitchen...lol that's about it

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!!

I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I started at Trustpilot in the earlier part of 2015.

Over the past year, I have seen the company grow in terms of maturity, professionalism, office location, staff, structure and the role has become more interesting and I believe that Trustpilot is still a rewarding journey for me,

The biggest pro is the product and being part of the journey to help sell something which will only become bigger and bigger in years to come.

    Cons

We are fortunate enough to have a Sonos (Music system) in the office.
I wish that I could play my Hip Hop playlist all day every day!

    Advice to Management

Keep growing and allowing the company to organically grow because we are doing a good job right now.

    "Business Development Manager"

I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - It seems like you can earn a lot of money if you put the work in
    - Trustpilot's mission & goal
    - Most people and businesses know Trustpilot
    - Fun place to work
    - Great colleagues
    - Free lunches, snacks & drinks
    - Trustpilot's software is constantly evolving for the better. We are definitely the best in our industry
    - Promotions seem possible as long as you are hitting your targets consistently

    Cons

    - Benefits have improved recently, but still very poor compared to other companies (even when the pension comes into place next year)
    - Hardly anyone hits target, probably between 10-20%
    - Hard for newbies to come in and do well. A lot of the big accounts sit with senior bdm's
    - Market seems to be reaching a saturation point in the UK
    - A lot of sales people for just the UK market
    - Not convinced management know what they're doing for the point Trustpilot has reached now as a business
    - Constant changes by management, yet nothing ever gets followed through because they forget about the idea 2 weeks later
    - A lot of people have left recently (including sales managers)
    - Lots of new sales people join then leave within a month for whatever reason
    - Not quite an Enterprise solution...yet

    Advice to Management

Trustpilot is a great company to work for. However unless positive changes are made and followed through with, I can bet on more people leaving.

Trustpilot definitely has the ability to be the next TripAdvisor. But in order to do this, management need to start thinking properly in terms of where we are as a business and the changes that are needed for us to hit the next milestone.

I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

+Easy to get first role in SaaS sales with no previous experience.
+Average base but can be negotiated higher if you are smart to 50/55k.
+Young dynamic office of young people who are always ready to party.
+Free lunch on a Monday and free snacks/drinks.
+Good social scene if that is important to you.

    Cons

+Very few people are hitting targets and making any OTE.
+Now a call center mentality based on numbers and not building relationships.
+Minimum KPI's of 120 minutes talk time on the phone a day or you are put on a PIP.
+Rising desks where people are now forced to stand for hours at a time to apparently create energy.
+Accounts removed and given to reps move favoured in the office.
+Little chance of success with a saturated market and key accounts ring-fenced by senior bdm's who wait for inbound calls.
+Promotion based on favouritism or threats from people leaving and not actual skill set or experience for the role.
+Bullying behaviour protected or encouraged by senior management due to personal relationships.
+Poor benefits where their is no health plan, no pension, no mobile phone, no flexible working hours, 5 sick days a year.
+Huge clawbacks as debts are not chased and just written off.
+No annual performance reviews or pay reviews.

    Advice to Management

+Make senior management value diversity and stop decisions based on personal biases.
+Stop bullying in the office from what is deemed harmless banter to more serious issues of blocking progression and pay rises based on race or sex.
+Correct the problems around commission and get benefits aligned with industry standards.
+Have transparency around promotions and make roles open for anyone to apply for.
+Copenhagen HR to influence the UK office to instil the values and culture of Trustpilot HQ and not the current warped vision in Lonon.
+Stop HR writing fake reviews or requesting positive reviews from reps to put on Glassdoor burying real reviews with the issues that have not been addressed.
+People will leave if nothing changes including myself and plenty of others.

I worked at Trustpilot full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Well known brand and leading product within the customer review industry. Features of Trustpilot leave "competitors" way behind the times. Office is spacious, vibrant and snacks/drinks make it a comfortable working environment.

    Cons

Inconsistent messaging/direction from leadership and micro management can have a damaging impact on the culture the office wants to have. Growth with such an aggressive approach can see people "come and go" pretty quickly.....I couldn't count how many on my hands by the time I left.

    Advice to Management

Rather hiring to get "bums on seats" focus on developing/coaching everyone to the same level and avoid favouritism to top performers.
