Pros
Great colleagues who collaborate. Systems are ok. Great increment and bonuses if you're ranked well for your performance review
Cons
Terrible compensation if you're not ranked higher or well liked by your managers. Limited promotion opportunities. Have to take on many projects to be able to "make it" to the promotion list. Promotion isn't guaranteed.
