- People are great to work with. - Less micromanagement (depends on the team) - Great WLB - Free Cab service provided.

Cons

- The tech is lagging behind industry standard (it is catching up) - Things and decisions move around more slowly, given that it is a highly risk-compliant company, so it might be difficult sometimes to get things done. - At some point, work might get repetitive

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
