Pay for independent training lots of internal resources through back office Great wealth managers

Cons

treated support staff as dispensable Client Service Associate positons for small FA teams are given less support and treated worse then larger producing teams poor training and unorganized training for new hires in operations - if you have a question response is look it up, call back office or figure it out

Pros

Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

Cons

Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
