      Pros

      Swiss Culture - Friendly people in general Health Benefits (some plans pay 100% after co-pay) Work-Life balance YMMV (Different teams have different views on this)

      Cons

      - Morale is very low at the moment - Management too busy trying to save their own jobs - Lack of focus on employees - Little or no internal mobility - No tuition re-imbursement - Internal training has gone down to near 0

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
