      Pros

      Global experiences. Good firm culture. Many talented people. Good motivation working environment. Have a very strong research team. High reputation

      Cons

      Pay is lower than the market and getting promoted is very difficult. Not many good managers with proper managerial skills. Too many consultants/ temp staffs / offshore staffs who don’t understand the firm culture. A complex firm with not so good IT infrastructure.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
