      Pros

      Good at what they do, people are knowledgeable and successful. Market leading, generally people are approachable and it is fairly relaxed for a big institution.

      Cons

      Everyone seems a bit miserable. Perhaps the long hours but people seem drained and often unenthusiastic about their job, just that they have to be there.

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
