Pros
Lots of opportunity if you are lucky and willing to take risk in experimenting. Work from home.
Cons
Getting the chance to work on things you like are so rare. Old technology stack eating up the profits and management is making employees take the bite for it. Change in direction is so frequent. Management is so biased and scared of future they are not creating the right mix / atmosphere. HR department is not empowered to help.
