      Pros

      Lots of hard working and nice colleagues. The life/work balance is pretty good. Servers are constantly being upgraded. Get to work with new technology.

      Cons

      - Hard to get access to systems, requires approvals for everything - Technology groups do not have their own system admin/DBA - Deployments take longer than they should because of offshore admins
