      Pros

      Great company with great benefits I was able to explore so much about investment banks and finance system of whole world

      Cons

      Too much of working hours I guess that is the life of the Investment bankers if you are seeking for the life and work balance I recommend other industries

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
