Pros

Work from home is allowed and encouraged. Provided relocation assistance for me to move across the country. Pay is adequate for work performed.

Cons

HDHP forced by company with no other medical plans offered. Adding spouse to medical coverage comes with a $175/mo surcharge if they qualify for benefits at his/her job. Can't move to another team until after 18 months.

Pros

I learned a lot while interning here. The staff took time to get to know me. They each introduced me to different aspects of the business and their specific role,s which gave me great exposure to the business. They were flexible on hours and understanding when I had a family emergency in a way other employers have not been or did not need to.

Cons

Not a low-effort position, and could get overwhelming if you were not prepared.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
